Who it's for
Have your tax return done – tailored to your situation
steuermacher.ch is intended for private individuals throughout Switzerland who do not want to complete their tax return themselves. You describe your situation, we assign you a specialist who knows your canton and handle the processing right through to filing.
In short: who is the service suitable for?
The service is suitable for private individuals with an ordinary tax return – from the first tax return of your own to more complex situations involving property, securities or self-employed side income. You need no tax knowledge and no software: it is enough to gather your documents and briefly describe your situation.
We work throughout Switzerland and in all 26 cantons. Processing is handled by a specialist who is familiar with the rules of your canton of residence. Below you will find six typical situations with the topics and documents that usually play a role.

When a personal review is particularly worthwhile
In these situations, experience shows that a specialist's eye pays off the most.
Your situation has changed
Marriage, separation, birth, retirement, a change of job or a move to another canton have a direct effect on your tax return. In these years a personal review is particularly worthwhile.
You have several sources of income or assets
Side income, securities, properties or foreign income lead to additional forms. A specialist sorts out what goes where and which receipts are needed.
You are unsure about deductions
Deductions differ depending on the canton and tax year. We check which deductions are permitted in your situation and which documents are needed to substantiate them.
You are under time pressure
When the deadline is approaching, we take care of the deadline extension and structure the processing so that the tax return can be filed on time.
What does it cost in your situation?
You receive a fixed price per tax year, confirmed before processing begins. Which fixed price applies to you depends on your situation – for instance whether you file as an individual or as a married couple and whether properties are involved. The applicable rates and additional services are shown transparently on the pricing page.
